The wreck happened on Street Road and Knights Roads around 11 a.m., Bensalem Fire Rescue said.
Despite their injuries, the firefighters were able to extricate the driver and extinguish a fire, officials said.
Two firefighters and the van driver were taken by EMS to a local hospital. The firefighters were treated and released, the fire company said.
Street Road was closed in both directions between Knights Road and Hulmeville Road until around 2:30 p.m. as police investigated the scene.
